So you need to ensure that you are drinking enough water, eating a nutritionally balanced diet, being hygienic and changing your towels and bed clothing regularly. You need to become aware of what you eat and how it affects your body. Exercise of course is also necessary. A twenty minute walk everyday will help your body to perform better.
Stop using cold creams and lotions- There are several people out there who still use cold creams and lotions even when they are suffering from acne. You see this only helps you worsen your already bad acne condition and it might take a long time to heal if you are already doing this. As mentioned above already you need to keep your skin dry and keep the excess oils away but using of cold creams and lotions add to the oil content in your face.
